Sinopis
The consequences of the Demolisher's attack are being felt: some of the city's heroes, finding themselves defenseless in the face of such a threat, decide to raise the stakes. This is the case of Alto Voltaje, once a member of a traveling show of catch fighters, who regains the confidence to go out again to fight crime using her electrical powers. For this she recruits Miss Capi, the young companion of Captain Cheap. Together they investigate the Morgen company, responsible for creating the Demolisher. The search uncovers part of Morgen's plan to create an army of mutant soldiers, and it is at that moment that High Voltage and Miss Cap contact the other heroes of the country: Heka, the wizard; The Guaraní, fierce solitary warrior; and the Nomad, an elusive vigilante who is considered an urban legend. Now, with Captain Cheap out of action after an attack by Morgen, it is the turn of the Liberators.
