Biografía
Gregorio ""GOYO"" Mazzeo begins to publish in the magazine “Dibujantes” in 1954. Later, he published funny comics and cartoons of celebrities in the magazines “Pobre Diablo” and “Canal TV”. In the 60s, he joined the staff of publishing firm Torino and collaborated in the magazines “El Conventillo de Don Nicola”, “La Barra de Pascualín” and “Nicolita”. One of his creations, Historias Tangueras, resulted in a new publication with the same name. His works have been published in “Radiolandia 2000”, “Pantalla Chica”, “Patoruzú”, “Antifaz”, “Weekend” and “Goles”, and in the following newspapers “Democracia”, “Crónica”, “La Nación”, “La Gaceta” (Tucumán), “La Prensa”, “Los Andes” (Mendoza) and “El Cronista Comercial”. During the 70s, he became Art Director of “Anteojito” magazine (Editorial García Ferré) and there he gave life to his most popular character: Pícara Sandrita. He is the creator of Caburito, Ofidia, la Serpiente, Solcito, Pepe Mosca, el Perrito Malgenio, etc., and El Cuervo y el Gauchito, oficial pets of the club San Lorenzo de Almagro.
