Sinopis
The consequences of the Wrecker attack are felt: some of the city’s heroes, helpless in the face of such a threat, decide to raise the stakes. This is the case of Alto Voltaje, formerly a member of a traveling catch fighter show, who regains the confidence to go out and fight crime using his electric powers. For this he recruits Miss Capi, the young companion of the Capitan Barato. Together they investigate the Morgen company, responsible for the creation of the Wrecker. The search uncovers part of Morgen’s plan to create an army of mutant soldiers, and it is at that time that High Voltage and Miss Capi contact the other heroes of the country: Heka, the magician; the Guarani, fierce lone warrior; and the Nomad, elusive watchman who is considered an urban legend.
